*********************************
Information the reader should have gathered in the assigned chapters 5-8.

**Vera Claythorn "allowed" Cyril to swim to the rocks with hope that he would drown so Hugo would inherit the money.  Vera was hoping once Hugo had the money, he would marry her. However, Hugo left her instead with only guilt and the fear of the sea. Therefore, the recording accused Vera of "killing" Cyril.

**Each time one of the "guests" died, one of the china figurines disappeared. Who was taking the figurines after each death?? Mmmm

**Emily Brent believed she was very pious and did not sin.  She did feel that Mrs. Rogers deserved to die because of the accusation of allowing the old lady Mr. and Mrs. Rogers cared for to die.  Miss Brent admitted to Vera that she dismissed her servant, Beatrice, because of her loose morals.  Beatrice got pregnant and was not married.  Emily fired her, so Beatrice drown herself. Emily Brent DID NOT feel responsible for Beatrice's death. Therefore, the recording accused Emily Brent of "killing" Beatrice.
